Shipping Methods

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your Meta Melt order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships
  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments

Shipping Rates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.95
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of 3 or 6 bottles

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from ship date:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping to international locations in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete:

  • Include apartment or suite numbers
  • Verify zip code is correct
  • Double-check spelling of street names

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at care@trymetamelt.com
  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships
  • Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look in mail rooms, porches, or other delivery locations
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes scans are made before delivery)
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. Contact us at care@trymetamelt.com if still not received

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  • Contact us immediately at care@trymetamelt.com
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund

Lost Packages:

  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees may also be deducted

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

  • We ship to PO Boxes via USPS
  • We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Standard rates apply

Weather and Holiday Delays

Shipping may be delayed during:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Carrier service disruptions

We appreciate your patience during these times.

Signature Requirements

  • Standard orders do not require a signature
  • Signature upon delivery can be requested (additional fee may apply)
  • Contact us to add signature requirement
